My new novel, CRUEL LESSONS, is an amateur sleuth mystery where readers try to unravel who’s behind the death of four 5th graders, who die experimenting with a new hallucinogen. It’s a whodunit and a thriller set in a small town school district. But more than that, the novel serves as a cautionary tale about the dangers of youth drug abuse.
